(early)... Happy Halloween!

Here is one of my Halloween specials! This photo features Revolution, fearfully running away from. something... Can you spot the something??
Just yesterday I got the image in my head. A trail of Jack O' Lanterns, and Revolution running for her life. I could see the fear in her eyes!
*shivers with excitement* So we went to a bunch of craft stores, and I found this little lantern! I thought that was really cool. Anyways,
me and my assistant, my 5 yr old little brother, headed outside earlier tonight for some photos! This is one of the best outcomes, I'm not so pleased with it, but I hope you all enjoy it! I'll have some more Halloween photos later this month! And lol, I needed something to get me in the mood for Halloween, since its warm here 24/7, so I think this (and all the Disney show Halloween episodes I watched today) did it! xD

This is absolutely amazing! I can honestly say that I clicked on this because it looked awesome (the colour scheme drew me to it) and I wasn't let down!

I especially love the lantern - I really thought that was cool and I love how you made it swaying with the motion of the horse. The only thing wrong that I see (literally) is the string - it's visible. Granted, it took me a while to see it, but it's there. I would use a thin, clear fishing wire, or a very thin black thread (and as a very last resort - photoshop.)

The outline of the horse in the background is definitely a good touch! The pose of the horse in focus is perfect for her emotion - it depicts fear perfectly.

One thing I think would've been cool would be to put a thin line of oil where the lanterns are (in place of the lanterns, and after clearing the area of course) and setting it on fire. But then again, I'm a pyromaniac.

I can envision the lanterns as actual jack-o-lanterns, and even though they don't emit the right amount of light for their scale, it definitely works! I would've put tons of layers of paint on every one of them and carved out their "carved" parts for a better effect, but then there's no guarantee of the correct lighting (or any good lighting for that matter.

Overall, this is a marvelous piece! Definitely sets the mood you're trying to accomplish!
